四川大学华西医院/生物治疗全国重点实验室门可研究员，博士生导师，四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选、四川省卫健委学术技术带头人后备人选。主要研究领域为恶性肿瘤的免疫基因治疗及新型核酸药物开发，重点围绕头颈部肿瘤、结直肠肿瘤等肿瘤类型开展创新基因治疗靶向发现和基因治疗技术开发。以一作/通讯身份在Signal Transduct. Target Ther.、Adv. Funct. Mater.、Adv. Sci.、ACS Nano、Biomaterials、J Control Release等期刊发表论文30余篇。主持国家科技重大专项、国家自然科学基金、四川省重点研发项目等国家及省部级课题10余项，获授权国际和中国发明专利11项。主持研制的2项具有自主知识产权的肿瘤基因治疗候选药物品种已实现向企业技术转让，联合牵头开展多项创新肿瘤基因治疗技术的IIT临床研究。
