从表观遗传学角度阐明了多个关键基因在肝损伤修复、代谢及肝癌发生中的作用。牵头的两个肝损伤细胞治疗项目已进入临床转化阶段。主持6项NFSC项目、4项省部级和多个转化科研项目。在J Hepatol、Hepatology等肝病学顶级期刊发表论文60余篇,获发明专利多项,主编(译)及参编多部教材、专著。
