夏旭阳博士，副研究员，硕士研究生导师。现就职于四川大学华西医院消化外科研究室，主要从事生物信息学、单细胞组学、空间转录组学、宏基因组及多组学整合分析相关研究，聚焦肿瘤及免疫炎症疾病微环境中的细胞异质性、细胞可塑性、免疫-基质互作及疾病进展/治疗反应机制。近年来围绕甲状腺肿瘤去分化、泛癌肿瘤微环境、类风湿关节炎免疫微环境及慢性抗体介导的肾移植排斥等方向开展系统研究。以第一作者（含共同）发表国际高水平期刊论文13篇，包括Nature Communications (2篇)、Science Advances、EBioMedicine、Cell Death & Disease、Haematologica等，其中ESI热引论文1篇、高引论文3篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、四川省科技厅项目及中国博士后科学基金面上项目各1项，获授权/申请发明专利1项。作为指导老师指导学生多次获得国家级、省级大学生创新创业训练计划项目。参编教材《现代肿瘤诊疗策略与实践》。
