    • 肿瘤生物治疗基础与应用研究、重大疾病发病机制与治疗
  • 吴秦洁,四川大学生物治疗全国重点实验室,研究员,博士生导师。四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选,四川大学青年骨干教师,教育部学位与研究生教育中心评估监测专家,国家及多个省部级科技专家库成员。自2014年工作以来,主持国家及省部级项目多项,以通讯作者和共同通讯作者发表高水平国际论文30余篇(其中IF>10 的20余篇),参编英文图书一本,获中国授权发明专利10项,其中转化1项。

    本人长期专注肿瘤生物治疗领域,针对目前临床缺乏高效、低毒载药系统导致的肿瘤治疗欠佳现状,根据不同递送对象(DNA/SiRNA/化药/蛋白)特点,结合临床需求,设计构建系列高效、安全载体,以实现精准、有效、持久的抗肿瘤效果。

    主要包括:

    1. 研发人工仿病毒靶向基因递送系统,突破了超大质粒体内低转染、难编辑和易脱靶的瓶颈问题,实现了治疗性生物活性蛋白自供给,为基于生物活性蛋白的肿瘤治疗提供了新思路;

    2. 发展按需释药的自组装载药体系,为打破耐药型肿瘤治疗提供了新选择;

    3. 构建了肿瘤 pH 响应型自催化纳米反应器用于协同肿瘤光动力治疗,为氧底物依赖型的抗肿瘤治疗方式提供新方法。
